The venue
One destination, many locations with different needs
Kong Complex hosts bars, restaurants, open-air winter terraces, and a nightclub under one roof. Each area carries its own crowd, its own volume, and its own purpose across the course of a day.
That range was the big challenge. A restaurant wants distinct, high-fidelity background music; for a nightclub, powerful, high SPL levels are indispensable. The venue needed every space tuned to its own job, yet managed as one networked, multi-zone sound system.

The challenge
Tailor every zone, then run the whole site as one
The site spanned a diverse range of entertainment areas, each with its own acoustic demands — from inconspicuous form factors in the dining rooms to high SPL performance in the club. The system had to match each space without becoming a different system in every room.
On top of that, the whole installation had to be IP-networked for remote access and monitoring, with independent control of each area. Space and heat were constraints too as space for the amplifier placement was tight.
The solution
Four matrices, one network, complete control tuned room by room
Four Dynacord MXE5 Matrix Mix Engines were deployed across the complex, paired with TPC-1 touch panel controllers, networked WPN-1 wall panels, and SONICUE Sound System Software. The MXE5 gave full configuration of the site, while the TPC-1 panels featured customized pages so staff could control each area on its own.
Amplification comes from the Dynacord IPX Series, chosen for low power consumption and low heat generation in the tight equipment spaces, alongside L Series and C Series amplifiers. Across the rooms, the Electro-Voice ZX, EVID, and TX families mixed and matched — from inconspicuous cabinets in the dining areas to powerful loudspeakers and subwoofers in the club.

The result
Every space sounds right, the whole site stays connected
Hundreds of loudspeakers now cover the complex, each room carrying sound matched to its purpose — background and speech where it is needed, full club output where it is not. The system runs as one IP-networked installation, open to remote access and monitoring.
The mix-and-match of Electro-Voice and Dynacord meant each space got the right tool, from high SPL to inconspicuous form-factors, inside one end-to-end design. The brief was a value-engineered, reliable result, and the client got it.
